From the screenshots on lolcow.farm, it seems the guy was going around spamming pro-patriarchy schizoposts all over the platform. I'm personally not too invested in the platform, but it does seem that whoever runs Neocities had a genuine reason to ban him.

If she ever says, I want a divorce - just answer - to bad it is not up to you to decide that as I own you and you are mine. Remember you where given her by her Father, she is now under your authority as long as you fulfill the basics needs given to a woman.

Look into the Jews on Marriage, how a Woman cannot decide to leave - she don't have the authority to do so. There is a movie on that topic.
