try talking to your parent/guardian(s) because me personally i dont feel comfortable talking to strangers about my feelings, talking to my parents made me feel better. |

therapy has actually helped me with alot of my problems. i honestly think therapy is beneficial to anyone, not just the "mentally ill". |
