If it were another website like Twitter, I wouldn't even be surprised. Hell, if Neocities weren't inconsistent with moderation like this and actually enforced any rules, I woldn't be surprised. One day we can scream TND at the top of my lungs and the next we can't say retard without getting shadowbanned or terminated.
