Have you ever been in a situation where someone had a completely wrong perception of you? Maybe they thought you were wealthy when you were actually struggling financially, or they assumed you were an extrovert when you're actually introverted. Did you correct them or just let it go?

I remember one time when I was in high school, a friend of a friend was convinced I was a party animal because I was always at social events. In reality, I was just tagging along and was actually pretty introverted. It was awkward when he started trying to invite me to parties thinking I enjoyed partying when I really didn't. I ended up declining politely and explaining that I preferred smaller gatherings, and he was surprised but pretty cool about it. ( ・_ゝ・)

if you're really an "introvert" you wouldn't be going to social events in the first place. maybe you're just an extrovert who prefers smaller gatherings, you moron.
