AI is absolutely everywhere these days, from chatbots to art generators. It's crazy how much it's changing the creative scene. But I keep wondering—are we really breaking new ground, or are we slowly building our own demise? ( ;゚д゚) |

AI is the biggest grift of our generation. all of its "innovations" are soulless and lifeless. it's all bullshit, made by idiots who thought they could get rich off of AI, but now are scrambling to get a job again because no one would even want to use their shitty products. AI is a fad, it's not any better than NFTs, and I can't wait to see this whole grift crash and burn.( ̄Д ̄) |

Hmmmm, I can both understand the concerns of artists who don't want their positions threatened by AI art becoming more advanced as well as accessible but, on the other hand, I am also of the opinion that much of the art that is produced is just as soulless and simply nothing as whatever AI can pump out. So I guess I am a bit in the middle for things. In regards to the future of AI, I do believe we will eventually reach a singularity in the future in which it is indistinguishable from humans, and I must admit that at that point I feel like I would treat AI as a conscious, sentient being, and willingly interact with it like I would any human. As for my own experience with AI, I have talked to a few chat bots before and generated some really primitive joke images, but that is the extent to which I have knowingly interacted with it. |
