Rules are important; They are boundaries which allow for the safe, fair and prosperous interaction of others.

Yet rules also need to be written clearly so that they are not misinterpreted.

The Rules, as detailed on "https://pastebin.com/raw/7mxJHi46" could use meaningful clarification.

For instance, there is a reference to "rule #2" but "rule #2" is never identified. The rules themselves are in bullet points and are not numbered.

Further complicating this ambiguity is that there is an un-bullet-pointed phrase, "Don't drink and post!" Is this a rule or a suggestion?

My proposal is to number the rules so that our Boardians may best understand what is referred to when "rule #2" is written. Thank you.
