Thinking, I don't really know that much about that subject. At the very least not to the extend that I would like to, to be on solid grounds.

In regards of Prayer, is that it might be used for Evil and Good - Catholics by praying to the Devil extract demonic entities and powers. Like praying to what they call Mary, the old Satanic Queen of the Heavens know by many names, like Ishtar, Inanna, Venus and so forth. By praying to something that is not God, is opening themself up to demonic influence and darkness. Roman Catholicism is the Master Piece of the Devil, and they do indeed a lot of prayers, but prayers of vanity that ends up for the wrong side of things.

Anything in a household that might be suspicious should be thrown out - like Idols, Images, Icons and such are turds for demons housing them. These are dead object and cannot save a single soul, destroying them is the best way to clean up things. Including all kinds of satanic heathenism that many knows as the New Age today.

Overall, praying to our Creators, the Father, Son and Their Spirit - being noncreated and before creation - is really the only options we should go for. To the Father, by the name of Son in agreement with the Holy Spirit - if you are under demonic attack Jehovah can help on that, like Alien Abductions or attacks, which are really just demonic attacks, can be stopped by calling on Jesus to help you to stop it.

If you practice stupidity of demonic nature, worshipping anything that is not our true Creators, then you open doors to the wrong kind of Spirits and entitites to effect you.

One name these dark entities is also known by is familiar spirits. They can find attachment to a willing person, and they will be felt and known to be there by person. I had one myself that tended to be felt being with me, when I was in the New age.

Different occult practices can further open you up for demons and attacks and attachments, like so called Meditation of emptying yourself for thoughts, drugs, prayer to fake gods, hinduistisk yoga, reiki healing, different martial arts and what not.

So overall, first and foremost stopping what one do, might very well be a better question to stop engaging with the dark side of things.

Like when you pray to the Living Gods, whether the Son or the Father, by the Holy Spirit, you don't wanna sit in front of statues, idols, images or dead cookies said to be Jesus. And by the way, God knows our thoughts as well, he has a clear sight into our back end Code, I guess you could call it.

So... Prayer is not a bad thing, but don't pray to the Devil, and his many different flavors of ways to do it. Keep to the real thing, and not the faker. The Devil is a great Copy cat, although some of his things are clearly more obvious then others.

When I was in the New Age nonsense, and doing satanic meditation and other things, I ended up with issues of waking up and my body being asleep. It has a specific name but I can't recall at the moment. I don't have those issues anymore - although if one is in Satans Candystore, and begins to go out of it, a Spiritual battle very well might come upon you, there is not a few testimonies on those parts, including my own struggles and battles.

So.... If you have anything diabolical in your household, witchcraft or sorts.... Just get rid of it. It might very well be something that has a negative inpact on you.

But overall - it can feel like the whole world is against you when you stand on truth, and sometimes the Demons might manifest in people as well, showing themself from there hidden state if you anger them enough. My experience is that they tend to look like how they act.

In the West Demons tend to hide themself pretty good - but in South America and Africa it is much more normal knowledge knowing about these entities surrounding us.

Overall, ask the Saviour of the world to be your eyes where you cannot see, and help stop any attacks that might come, or ask for him to throw away any demons effecting you in a negative way. Or use his name and tell whatever is effecting you to get lost!

I am kinda lagging in that area, in regards of experience, although I do know a little on the subject.

The thing is.... If you are true Christian and you are ruining it for the Devil and pushing Truth into a dark world of madness, you kinda are in the battle front and the Devil does not play fair.

Like when I was in the New Age, these entities was kinda soft at me - promoting there nonsense and all. But after beginning to turn and turning around to Christ - the struggle and battle changed somewhat to become much more fierce.

The Devil and his fallen minions really do everything in there power to get you back under their wings, and if that is not working, then other kinds of attacks will begin.

Christ warned us of Wolves in Sheep clothing, so don't expect the deceptions to stop just because one becomes a Christian. Then you find out that Roman Catholicism is the Masterpiece of the Devil, and really his last stand to attract you into worshipping him in the name of Christ and Christian clothing.

Anyway.... Not sure how much this helped you. But there is a lot of ways to open yourself up to dark entities. Broad way to destruction as it is called. Only one way to everlasting life, and that is through the one who died once and for all for the sins of the world, near 2000 years ago. God in the flesh, being lifted up and the PassOver Lamb of God slaugtered for a ransom and payment for sinners like you and me, if we repent and accept it and become disciples of the divine Master who conquered death shown by his resurrection into everlasting life.

Just thinking reading the last part....
look like how they act. (As to say, how their nature or charactor is in there ways of demonic work)

Like looking like the way they act in the person, how there work bubbles out forward in actions in the person, the attacks and their ways of trying to do there mischief.
