Depending upon your age, it may be difficult to curb your appetite. Teenagers and young adults are very physically active (and growing) and so eating a lot is just par for the course.

If you're interested in losing weight while still young, try HEALTHIER eating. Substitute a cookie for apple slices, for example. Try unbuttered popcorn instead of chips.
